Flow Tea

This beautiful tea combines subtle floral notes including calming rose and hibiscus which has been used for centuries for its liver cleansing properties. The roots of Ginseng help increase energy and promote good health blended with rosehip and fragrant notes of cardamom, mandarin and ginger. Seeping Instructions:

Place 1 heaped teaspoon of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser. Add water heated to 95c, allow to infuse for 5+ minutes. Strain and enjoy.

Can also be used in a cold infusion, allow to infuse for 30 + minutes.
