Every year, as part of my year-ahead planning, I treat myself to a retreat. After being a student in Lucy's classes in Melbourne, I knew I had to attend one of hers. The location was perfect, and so was the amount of "yoga", which left plenty of time to rest, digest and connect with myself and everyone else there. It was well guided, light and fun. I felt supported and spoilt. Highly recommended.

She and Steve compliment each other beautifully and bring a balance of live experience that spans the decades of life where we can often find ourselves looking for deeper meaning and practices to anchor us into the fullness of life.
