What began as a love for ritual and tangible tools has evolved into something more experiential, creating spaces for people to slow down, reconnect, and explore their inner world.
At the heart of my teaching is self-enquiry, presence, and connection. My classes, workshops, and retreats are designed to guide you out of autopilot and into a more conscious relationship with your body, breath, and mind.
Rather than focusing on how a practice looks, Iām interested in how it feels. Moving with awareness, softening where we can, and building the tools to navigate life with more steadiness and ease.
Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening an existing practice, my intention is to offer experiences that support you not just in the moment, but in how you move through your everyday life.
