As the days cool and shorten we can move and evolve with the seasons by heeding the call to turn WITHIN.
We’ll gather together to carve out some space and finesse the ability to drop in. Autumn asks us to breathe deep, let go and prepare for the depths of winter.
We’ll explore this concept through movement, somatic practices including Yin Yoga, breath work and connection.

Please bring some layers including a blanket and bolster if you have one, a drink bottle, your favourite journal and pen.
