Autumn day retreat, Pt Leo. Mornington Peninsula
There’s something sacred about women gathering to honour the seasons, the shifting cycles of life, and one another.
This day retreat invites you to pause, reconnect, and remember what it feels like to truly be in your body.
Over the course of the day, we’ll move through a nourishing rhythm of practices designed to awaken, ground, and restore. Expect a blend of Vinyasa, Yin, mindful movement, journalling, and moments of stillness woven with nature, connection, and heartfelt conversation.
Yoga, at its essence, means to yoke to connect. Together, we’ll explore how this ancient practice can bring greater awareness, presence, and regulation into daily life.
Join me for movement, nourishment, and connection a beautiful reset as we move into the more introspective part of the year

There is a quiet kind of magic that happens when women gather… this is a space to experience that
As the seasons shift, so do we.
Autumn invites us to slow down, to soften, and to gently begin the process of letting go. To turn inward after the fullness of summer and reconnect with what truly matters.
This half day retreat is your space to pause. To step away from the noise, the doing, the constant movement… and come back to yourself.
This is a women’s circle.
A space to be held, to soften, and to remember the power of coming together in community. There is something deeply potent that happens when women gather in this way, when we are witnessed, supported, and reminded that we are not alone. -
Full Price - $249.00
Early bird - $229.00
(Early bird tickets available until Friday 3rd April)
I feel so grateful to host these gatherings.
To offer a space where women can pause, reflect, and connect both inwardly and with each other.
There’s something really special that happens when we come together like this.
A sense of ease, of honesty, of shared experience.
For me, this is the essence of yoga.
Not just the movement, but the connection, the awareness, and the space to simply be.
Retreat love
“I almost don’t want to tell you how great this retreat was because I want to keep it as my little secret, but it exceeded my expectations and then some. Lucy is the hostess with the mostest and every little detail was done with utmost love and care at the core. A truly nurturing, restorative and well treasured experience in my books”
“A truly magical experience with beautiful, like minded humans. Lucy curated a perfect mix of yoga, meditation and optional activities. It was so lovely to have the retreat catered by Ash and to feel cared for and looked after in every way. Even the activities that felt a little out of my comfort zone were delivered in a wonderfully safe and welcoming environment. Cannot wait for the next one xx”
“The retreat at King Parrot cottages run by Lucy, Steve and Oya was such a nourishing and beneficial experience. The facilitators created an amazing offering and looked after and supported all of the guests. I highly recommend this retreat for anyone interested in learning more about yoga and meditation and for those wanting some time to step away from the world for a while and be looked after”
