Lucy Jarvis
It didn’t take long for Lucy to realise there was something special about yoga. Her first class in her early 20s felt unlike anything she’d experienced—within days, she noticed the impact on her sleep, her mood, and her overall sense of calm.
After over a decade of being a student, she took the leap into teaching. Since then, Lucy has taught at some of Melbourne’s most loved studios, assisted on YTTs and Yin Yoga trainings, and run her own workshops and retreats.
She was mentored in Yin by Jody Vassallo, and in 2023, began creating her own retreat offerings—spaces designed for nervous system reset, reflection, and true connection.
Lucy’s approach to yoga is light-hearted, inclusive, and grounded in lived experience. Her classes centre on storytelling and energetics, with space to pause, reflect and truly feel.
For Lucy, yoga isn’t just about movement—it’s about coming home to yourself. It’s about sitting with discomfort, regulating your nervous system, and building a practice that supports life off the mat, long after the class or retreat ends.
Not to perfect the pose, but to be with what’s real.
Yin Yoga in has brought something to my life that nothing else has: a softening, a reverence for the seasons, and permission to embrace both light and shadow. It brings such beautiful balance to our busy western lives and is something i’m super excited to share.

Dr Rebbeca Jade
Dr Rebecca Jade. TCM Peace, Love & Acupuncture is a registered Acupuncturist, Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner, Meditation, Yoga and Authorised Esoteric Acupuncture teacher with over 30 years’ experience in the healing arts. Rebecca has spent the past 3 decades in private practice supporting people to develop steadiness in the nervous system, vitality in the body, clarity of mind and a deeper, kinder relationship with themselves.
Her approach integrates the foundations of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the meridians, organ systems, seasonal rhythms and the movement of Qi, with the subtle, introspective quality of a grounded yoga and spiritual practice and the essential benefits of breath-led meditation.
Rebecca teaches in a way that is accessible, practical and embodied, helping students to feel how the meridians flow in real time, how your organs speak through Taoism and poetry, and how accompanying Yin postures encourage circulation, nourishment and emotional regulation.
Her work is warm, steady and kind, honouring the potent influence of presence and connection.
When we truely allow time for ourselves to support the body’s natural intelligence, healing unfolds intuitively and gracefully.
Bec is co-owner of Sweetwater Wellness Collective in Frankston South. She has 2 beautiful teenagers and is happily married to her forever guy.
